This disappointment is being told to the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission. Generally, the private school does take children with disabilities but in Scarlett’s case, they don’t. Her parents have charged the school of discriminating their child’s spina bifida. Though, Scarlett is able to walk in short distance and she in not intellectually disabled.
